Old'ish trance choon

Can anyone help me identify this track pls? It's an oldish trance choon i heard on a tape "music of the millenium" or something.

it goes :

"neever, in a million years...i've cried a thousand tears, then i found my waay, back to yooouuu..."

it repeats that most of the way through the choon.

any help appreciated

Come on, someone here out of all the members HAS to know the name of this choon. I'm absolutely choking to get hold of it. It must have been a popular choon when it was out?
