are colored/clear vinyls less susceptible to wearing out . . .?
I have a couple track pressed in clear/orange/white/blue [vinyl?] and im wondering if they wear out less . . . they really seem like theyre made of something more substantial than normal black vinyl, maybe some kind of heavier plastic . . . does anybody know what im talking about or have any more info on the subject?
I guess what im asking is are they made of the exact kind of material that conventional vinyl is made up of . . .
actually, colored records are not made out of vinyl. If I remember correctly their quality was inferior to that of vinyl.

Gekleurd vinyl is niet echt vinyl, er zijn maar 2 fabrieken die ze maken en het is niet dezelfde kwaliteit als een zwarte plaat, omdat het materiaal veel zachter is. |
Yes they wear faster
Does this apply to picture disks as well?
wouldnt they be more susceptible coz they are inconsistent and contains additives, therefore not pure?
