Trance, Progressive House, and Techno every Friday. Weekly residents are DJ's Sean Walsh, Danny Taylor, and Doubledown. Monthly residents include Azim, Montana & Res, REV, Julian, and Patrick Lok. DJ's that have appeared at our night include Above&Beyond (UK), Victor Dinaire (NYC), Preach (MTL), and Brad Copeland (MTL). If you're looking for the best in up front trance and progressive from djs like Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, and Paul van Dyk... Ascension is the only place in Vancouver you will hear it. This night consistantly draws 350-400+ people every week, come and see why we've been rocking a packed dance floor for over a year straight.

i think the one local DJ i have been dying to see for months now is serotonin. that one time he droped a track at viva last year blew me away. hope he's back in van for long so i could catch him play when i'm back

I never heard sean spin that night, what a bum.
Montana & Res did great, Danny you did great, didn't see anyone else cept Kerry, but he only did like 2 or 3 tracks.. one of which me loves (Waterfall)
Who was the guy who spun first on Feb 20th? He said his post name was casber or something like that, but the club was loud so i couldn't hear him. heh. i think danny said his name was tilj or something, and I know he's from Belgium.

saw him play some crazy prog tracks when he just go into town
anyone even thinking about heading down to check out serotonin should do so
i don't think i've ever heard a set from him that i haven't liked
always has a bag full of fresh tuneage
