not sure about this place ...

i ordered a track 18th Feb, they debit my account on the 19th ... it's now the 25th and nothing has turned up. i even emailed them a couple of days back to see what the score was and they never bothered replying.

Sorry for the delay in replying to your email, we have been closed for the past few days..taking a much needed holiday!

We will be unable to send out your record until Monday....as the copy we had in stock has been misplaced. However we are picking up another copy of Sunday.

If you do not wish to wait until Monday, then we will be happy to refund your money.

yet another week has passed and still no signs of any record (i also emailed 2 days ago but got no reply).

i hate to drag this onto the forum guys but bad publicity seems the only way i'm going to have any form of contact.

give them another week, they are closed because they are taking a long and well deserved holiday...again
