LOL, either way, alot of games are being released as trailers. i just saw the Onimusha 3 one and it kicked ass. next thing you know he's gonna say people already played a demo of onimusha 3.

actually, i thought it looked rather impressive on that card. Especially when that "bull" breaks through the pipes and hunts u down. ya, the frame rate was a bit low, but seeing the metal bend and the light reflecting off the pipes and bull, i was like damn, what can a geforce 4 do?

Don't kid yourself, the alpha wasn't hard to get back then it's just hardly anybody had a computer that could play it at greater than 1 fps lmfao. You needed like the top of the line card at the time to run it properly (radeon 8500 is what it was optimized for I guess?). I never even bothered downloading it, although I do have high expectations for doom 3 It'll piss all over HL2. Realistic shooters like CS have become a worn out cliche in FPS. Everybody is looking to cash in on the sudden influx of people intrested in playing "real war". tis a bunch of shit. That Alpha was damn good considering it was an ALHPA, the final game should kick ass, and I might even buy it .... altho I havent decided yet.
I ran the Alpha at 40-50fps with whatever I could on high (shadows disabled).
