help !! unknown late 90s trancer

I don't have a sample of this one (I still remeber the main melody) but here's the decription:
- it contains the same hypnotic female vocal sample as in Agent Orange - Electronic vibes ("Oohhh Baby")
- it was made in late 90's, I think that was 1999 but I'm not sure
- I think the videoclip of it was made back then
- the style of this one is deep dark 'tunnel' trance, I think it might have been released on one of old Dream Dance CDs

tracks in similar style:
Da Hool - Meet Her At The Loveparade
Silent Breed - Sync In
Niels van Gogh - Pulverturm

(it was made around the same time as these 3)

Anyone has an idea what could that one be? It shouldn't be that difficult !
