If YOU were a Dj....

and had to spin a live set... what would you spin ??? Please list your tracks ! Any amount ... whether its 3 or 15. I'd like to download at least a couple of your track selected sets to see which make me move the most. I have alot of burned Cd's.. but none of them "flow" into one. its hard to explain. I usually end up skipping alot of tracks because it just doesnt seem right. Theres never been a set I've listened to completely that I just let play, except John 00 Flemings, Live at Colorfest, Ireland set. its pure energy and emotion and just meshes into one big orgasm. Lets see yours !! cos I dont know what the hell I would pick I guess the right selection is much harder than it seems !

i dont even know what I would hit the crowd with. I mean whether I would start off slow and progess my way up to the hard hitting tracks.. or just start off with pure chaos and make them dance their asses off and feel like dying of a heart attack. If it was to be the 2nd way... I would think you would need every track to be pure class and have just as much energy as the next and last. I dont think I've ever experienced even at a party, a dj who makes me dance through the WHOLE set.. i mean none the less, i will and do dance... but i dont necessarily FEEL it.

The tip is: don't play tunes of the same genre over and over, otherwise it'll be boring to death. Start with a good intro tune and don't feel you need to play the "whole" tune, as you'd better stick to the part that fits better your set Also, try to experiment, see what tunes sound better on top of each other and stuff.

I'm not sure how many vinyls I have exactly but it's def something like 400+ so probably spent thousands by now lol, but I have also made quite a lot back to by selling rareities such as Cloudwalking, Sunrise, Ayu EP, etc. I'm also on a couple of mailing lists which means I don't pay anything for some of the vinyls I get Vinyl collecting can be a very expensive habit!
