Spin better on drugs?

I was just reading the post about which DJ's do drugs and I was wondering what you guys thought about doing drugs while you spin.

Do you think it makes you better or worse and which drugs in perticular...

well, playing playing while high on various different substances can add to the musical experience, but if u want mixing to be as flawless and perfect as possible it is best to be some wut sober, IMO.

i spin better on caffeine

i go crazy a little bit more on the decks when i've been drinking
sometimes it sounds really good. most of the time it sounds really bad. as i get plastered my beatmatching goes to shit
but i find a nice buzz does me some good

well I guess if you have practiced spinning while on drugs you wouldn't be too bad.

me, I need about 2-3 beers and I am optimum. I don't think I ahve spun while totally plastered.

AHhahahah, dats some good shit, as for the whole drugs things well it would be kinda like the olimpics if you use drugs in them or to study for an exam they may help you becouse it increases your brain activity but then again the long term concecuences can be brutal and sometimes you cant really tell how well your mixing so you might trainwreck everything and still think your sounding great

Oddly enough, I spin better when hammered. If I get really stoned, I can't really tell if the beats are matched, but after playing it back later it sounds really good. Might just be a fluke.

around my 3rd beer i start to really loosen up and sound really nice. when i'm done with my 5th beer its all over, crash and burn style. i cant spin on ecstasy at all. i have no idea whats whats. i cant spin while i'm high either. alittle bit of caffeine doesnt seem to hurt.

Spin much better when I've had a couple drinks and a bit of drugs in me, solely bc it loosens me up as I'm a nervous wreck if I'm playing for anybody but myself. So when I relax, I can spin way way better and get into it more than I already do ie. jump around behind the decks, arms pumping in the air, etc etc.
