i've been making songs for a couple of years now, and i think i'm doing not bad (so i've heard....).
they're no top productions (don't have the stuff for that), and some still need some tweaking too.

everything is made with Reason & Cooledit.

Check out the 'new' samples first. full songs (except for deep groove) are older, and the old samples are very badly encoded (and old )

The Void - used an unusual beat, is inspired on the Plastikman-beats, but i added a melody and some vocals from Fightclub

Missy's Freak - got hold of an acapella of Get Ur Freak On & made a DnB remix of it (already fixed the little mistake at the beginning, but need to update the sample)

Someone is a mix of Janet Jacksons Someone to call my lover. made it just for fun

Mars - starts of with a harsh background melody which later on turns into something more melodic (part from the beginning & part from the end in the sample)

Enlightment - melody is bit 'rank 1 - awakening'-ish but more simple

Wild Life - chilly track, sample is a bit too short to get the feel of it

Zippora - L&B - a friend of mine adored the original track but i found it to be a bit flat, so i reconstructed the melody & added some effects. Can't really seem to tweak it so that it sounds good - any ideas? and don't have a acapella so vocals aren't that good. (sounds like virtual zone's into temptation - but i swear i didn't do it on purpose - i used the same notes as the zippora track)

Deep Groove - made this for some people, they wanted something that could blow them away - it did the trick:-)
didn't want to make a melody so i used effects and delays (same effect as in mars)

some feedback would be nice
don't be to hard on me
and don't mind the site - i have no idea how to make a site with all of that html stuff

Just put on void and I'm not sure what the deal is cos it's only 30 seconds and doesn't do anything structure-wise - production sounds pretty good tho for what's there. and the sample is a good 'un! Like the chords in this one.

Enlightenment - could really benefit from a lot more percussion and maybe a deeper kick too, sounds a bit pippy to my ears. What's there is pretty clear but needs that extra - again, with it being a sample it's pretty hard to give a review.

Zippora - really don't like that underlying long synth note - to my ears sounds messy a bit.

upped the complete version of 'The Void', it's the same link as it was before - so help urself

what i tried to do with this song is just make something that sounded nice and didn't have the usual 4/4 beat, it gives the song more power to imho.

i'll see what i can do with enlightenment - haven't done anything with that song for bout 6 months

bout the zippora song - the underlying synth thing at the beginning is from the original song (couldn't filter the vocals good), i think i'm just gonna cut out the vocals
