Mod Nominee's

You guys have been asking, well lets give this a shot.

yay vlad, you did it!

Are all these people running for mod? OMG this place would fall apart if some of those people become mod.....not to mention any names.

I just listed people that seem to be the frequenters.

Thats what i though. I dont even know who to vote for without being bias. I think me and you are in these forums more than anybody Vlad and I can't vote for myself so my vote goes to you Vlad. I think you would make a very good and fair mod. Who cares how long you been on these boards....that has nothing to do with anything.

Just to be blunt, we all know that Erin wont be voting for Lee and vise versa.

Everyone should just give up on the new mod idea. I think the original thread was made just to soke up NEW MOD SPAM, and it did it's job.

Heres something I was thinking about...

Since these forums are shared by DC and NYC respectively, I think we should have 1 mod representing DC and 1 mod representing NYC.

well, i wish i could have 2 votes: because i like that idea. i would def be up for being a DC mod, i'm on the boards frequently and i think i would be fair and not hold any biases(and yes, even let the 3,000 PVD threads stay open ).if not, then vlad you would be a good one.

I dunno who i'd vote for, but Trancer-X has a valid point. I think there has to be at least a seniority clause for a new mod. Just because people frequent here a lot doesnt necessarily give them the right to mod.

true, but also being here for longer doesnt make you any more of a TA either...

This is what I will do, Ill pm Swamper and see what he says, hopefully, he will post something in here to clear something up... whether he cares or not about those 'requirements' in this situation. The only reason why I feel those 'requirements' shouldnt apply here is because, these forums arent like the music discussion and dj booth and chillout room, this is a community of people who hang out with each other and chill out with each other and we should choose a mod we are all happy with instead of limiting ourselves to just the people registered since 2001.

ummm, we've been without a moderator for like... almost a year now. do we REALLY even need one? i for one could care less. doesn't make a difference. i never had a problem with redeye when he was modding. i mean, i joked a lot about him but thats the same way i joke about farturo. i thought ian his job rather well. he let is fuck off as much as possible and rarely deleted threads.
