Are You A Gym Rat?
if you had the time to go to the gym how long would you workout?
I worked out for three house today....but sometimes I think its too much
when i used to go to the gym over a year ago i'd try not to spend more than an hour and a half...but since my membership got canceled i haven't been going...too lazy to go to my college gym, but i hope to start working out again
btw...welcome to the forums yar 
LA FITNESS BABY!!!!...... but im just lazy and go maybe once or 2ice a week.... but when i go i work out for like 2 hours... and run maybe for like 7 minutes or however much it takes me to run a mile
LA Fitness as well...cant beat the amount of HOT females that go there!!! I usually hit up the gym for an hour and a half to 2 hrs 6 days a week.
If there was a freakin Gym near by I'd fuckin go

Yeah, I generally spend up to 3 to 4 hours in the gym at one time. I'm a powerlifter so I need more time to rest than most people in between sets. On average I go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week. 
If you work out like me (ive been weight training for over 7 years
) then one hour is all it takes. I pretty much do chest and shoulders one day, arms and back the next, and legs the next day. Durring this time.....i do cardio and abs every other day in the morning (you burn more calories in the morning
) I usually do about 2-3 diffrent free weight exercise's for each muscle....3 sets of 10-12 reps is all it takes. If anybody needs help with workout programs and stuff.....hit me up. My uncle was Mr. Universe and Mr. USA twice in the 80's so ive trained from the best.

i been working out for quite some time and i take about 3 to 4 hours in the gym!!!, i mean i do see results, but if you ask me 3 to 4 hours in the gym is being a gym rat. lol

what about breaks between sets? how long do you guys rest?

the gym is not full or empty, but i like to work out alot since i wanna gain some more weight, but yea 3 or 4 hours might be too much, but i do it for the ladies 
2 minutes, hmmmmmmmm thats not bad,but i try to rest less than 1 in a half,but that just leaves me out of breath =(
HOW ABOUT THIS QUESTION, DOES A GYM HAVE ANY EFFECT ON YOUR TRAINING? i mean does it matter what gym you go to or is everything just mental?

Seeing that you posted 2 separate about working out, Im not trying to be a psychologist or assume stuff, but you seem like a narcissistic person who is very much into self image and wonders about how others go about their workout routines to compare it to yourself. You probably noticed our flaming of meatheads and was curious about how we would think of you.
Heres the jist, I could careless if your ripped and buff, keep your god damn shirt on and dont sweat on me.
