The lead sounds like Dumonde - Never Look Back ... so perhaps it is a remix? Maybe the Mario Lopez Remix???

No, unfortunatley its not DUMONDE - (Never Look Back)
I listened to Never Look Back and it has vocals in it...

So can anyone else guess?

you are right it does sound very similar to it. Maybe another Dumonde tune.
