Get your set played on TranceSphere Radio!

I have been listening to the productions and sets of so many amateur DJs in this forum, and to say the least, I am very impressed.

Working for TranceSphere Radio, I listen to a ton of trance, and I have had the pleasure of meeting and interviewing many producers and DJs known world-wide. Make sure you check our site often in the next month, we have exclusive sets and interviews from Filo & Peri, LikWit, Envio, Mike Shiver, and others coming up in March!

We are privileged to have as many resident DJs as we do, from Dreas to Manuel Le Saux, Endre to DJ Moore, the list goes on and on. DjCode is starting to come into his own in his show and productions, and Elevation is already recognized around the globe for his amazing work. However, there is too much talent that is not being heard!!

Starting this month, I will be hosting a show called "Rising Stars" and on it, I will select some of my favorite up-and-coming talent from amateur DJs and play their sets. The show is only once a month, the first Sunday, but promises to catch a lot of attention. Our listener base has been climing steadily, and the exposure could open the door to a TranceSphere residency, or other opportunities!

There is no limit to how many DJs I will select each month, we do not have any scheduled shows on Sunday, so who knows how long each show could last! If you are interested in getting your best work broadcasted over the station, please contact me via MSN, IRC, or E-mail. I would love to hear what you have, I am a true trance addict!!!

I belive this thread is about giving newcomers a chance to get their sets aired.

and as both stations provide that chance then both should be represented here.

Wow what a response!

I haven't even posted 12 hours ago and already I have received over 25 responses from DJs looking to be on the show - thank you all very much for such support!!! I am going to be sorting through the sets and making selections hopefully tonight, unfortunately, there is a ton of talent, and I might not be able to get everyone in the first show. I will try my hardest to contact every single applicant and let them know ASAP what we will be doing. Please do not be discouraged if you were not selected for the first show, I may just have filled up the show before I was able to sample your demo!!!

Again, thank you so much for making Rising Stars from a dream to a reality - make sure you tune in this Sunday (14:00 EST) for the show!! Support Amateur DJs!!!

by the way, i will have a tracklist thread in the tracklist forum, along with a little bio info on each DJ! Make sure you check that out on Sunday!

Yeah, after listening to Trance Addicts Unite Chapter 3, I realize that there is a lot of talent to be found on this forum. Kudos to any TAers who made the cut to the first episode of the show. Much love and represent.

im trying to be as open minded as possible with this show
i hate to turn someone down, but i can't allow totally dance or house sets ... but breaks, trance, prog, etc ... im trying to allow the DJs as much freedom as possible so they can show their best!

Update: Over 60 responses and 30 sets received in just over 36 hours, thanks so much for your support!! I can't wait for this Sunday's show - I will announce the debut lineup tonight or tomorrow!
