Why you shouldn't park in front of a fire hydrant

old i think repost too but still funny.
i wish i could do that for a living. They could have put the stupid hose over the car instead of threw it.
Ive seen firemen do that here in Chicago.
lol, its funny.
be like.. 'yea thats my car.. ops!'
hihih too bad for him
We do it in New York, all the time.
Attending all the firefighting courses, I've seen my share of those pics. The worst was seeing a new 5 series Beemer crushed by a firetruck (The firetruck is bolted down to the ground, in a matter of speaking, when using it's side lifts).

| Originally posted by King_Mack itll reduce the water pressure if it goes over the car. Look how close the hydrant is to the car. The area near the coupling of the hose would take a near 90 degree angle to hydrant. Less your fighting with gravity...the easier for them haha. And windows are easier to bust than the side panelling on a door. THOUGH they coulda ran it right along the back window. But I guess they just wanted to teach a lesson to that guy haha |

So it doesn't matter since firetrucks actually are big waterpumps, sucking the water out off the hydrant. |
