Anyone know of "Venue Music" store in Sydney?

http://www.venuemusic.com.au

72 DRUITT ST
SYDNEY NSW 2000

Anyone know anything about the quality of this store? Anyone order stuff online thru them? Or been into the store? I ordered a pair of headphones on monday online, and still havent got the confirmation email which they said they would send out, as stated on their page.

I've never ordered stuff online before, but my bro has ordered stuff from "interpunk" in america and once you order, you get to print out a receipt. With 'venue music', all I got was a page saying we'll send you a confirmation email .. no receipt .. no dated statement or anything.

Hi Yeh Venue Music are fine. I have bought off them numerous times before. They normally stock alot of the budget oriented brands but they do have quite a lot of nice stuff in there too.

If you have any worries ring Tony in the PA section. I'm sure he will be able to help you out. He is a great guy.

I've dealth with them a few times. First when I went through a guitar phase about 15 years ago, and more recently in purchasing headphones for my father who just started producing in his retirement. When I admitted I knew very little about production matters, they were really helpful, not arrogant like a lot of other stores. Even after I agreed to purchase at the marked price, they gave me a further 20% off, so I'd recommend them.
I cannot imagine they'd be a huige mail order operation, maybe a phone call to tell them you're waiting?

Thanks for your replies guys .. I rang the dude up and he was really helpful .. I think mum entered the credit card details wrong or something so thats why the order didn't go through. I still can't believe how cheap their behringer mixer prices .. and its free delivery!

that's because it's behringer. They are not known to be a quality brand. Good for budget though. Excellent bang for buck

haha yeah i know the quality may be so-so, but the vmx300 was only $330 at venue .. and in WA its about $440
