I heard this song in a set of DJ Jean Live @ Discoplanet on 01-17-04. Does anyone know the title?

The track is called Fast Car, but without A longer clip with vocals i can't say for sure who the artist is. The original is by Tracy Chapman, so it could be a remix, also The Love Project has a few versions.
