Why do you hate(insert)....

Straight up. I've seen alot of hate threads and/or hate replies for Tiesto, and a surprising number of so called trance addicts seemed to be either ignorant or close minded or both.
For those of you who do, what is your reason?(Only curiosity beckons this question...I don't hate him or love, just wondering...)

as far as i see it's usually the noobs bashing the noobs for listening to "cheese"

A lot of people say they hate Tiesto because of his mixing skills (or lack thereof).

Personally, i can't really judge him until i see him playing live. I think other people can't really judge him properly unless they see him live as well.

He's a great producer though, i think many agree on that.

I wasn't looking to start another pointless spam/flame thread, it's just that I see so many people here bashing this DJ that DJ that its kinda ridiculous...I just wanted to know why alot of people are hating on Tiesto as of late. And yes I have seen him live and he is awesome live, although I will agree that lately he's caught the money bug...

I dont hate Tiesto, I just don't like the fact of pop star like idolisation in trance that has became prominent down these few years.

I'd just love if productions get released without showing the producers name/alias and thus only showing the track title.

I think thats the same reason people hate Ian van Dahl and those other-very-popular artists

I think alot of people, not saying all, hate him because he was named number one dj two years in a row and their dj wasn't. If anyone wants to talk about a dj who has the money bug, take a look at oakenfold. That guy is more money hungry then all the other djs put together.

I personally think tiesto is a good DJ but not good enough to be number 1.
He is promoted everywhere and that's why he is number 1. He's spent thousands apon thousands promoting himself.
