this is going to be a wild stab in the dark, but here it goes...

flow=current=electricity
draw off files=drawers=folders
off=of
to the downloads=for the downloads

gives: after power outage we ??? all download folders.

and then my best guess is:
is there a way to get back what i used to have?

sounds like he lost some files after a power outage and wonders how he can get them back.
