ID this 1996-97 track (someone will know this)

k- this is an old one (around 1996) which got plays from oakenfold and other dj's.

All i know it that it contains a chant which I originally heard in a Micheal Jackson track (don't know which one off-hand but it was one of his chart hits) - can't even begin to imagine what the chantsays!

Actually lisa marie experience - do that to me! - says the sample is taken from 'heart stealer' by loleatta Holloway - but i'm sure i heard this in a micheal jackson tune - still interested for the name of the micheal jackson song?
