Today I went to McDonalds, and I asked for a coke.
Instead they gave me a Diet coke with no ice. Bastards.

Sad but true, US is the most overweight country in the world, while being the most active in fighting obesity.

These kids are not american,BTW, if you notice in the back of the kids the signs are not in english. They are probably in Georgean or Azeri (I can't figure out which) but the two kids pictured on the shot actually are from former soviet republic and they are like in some "pee-vee" wrestling team.

Go figure... Future Sumo champions of the world!

** My dad used to eat out everyday almost (except for our traditional spaghetti once a week..italian...some descent) and he never gained a pound.....and my pops not big!!!!!! I imagine a heart attack will hit though.... but he doesn't eat out that much anymore..

Posted by Krypton on Mar-11-2004 02:07:

HOLY SHITTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!LOLOLLOLOLOL

no neck, wrists, large fries, and coke....

"hello may i take your order?"

"yes, ide like a, hmmmm. a double quarter pounder. no, make that two, im starving. fries. super size that too, gotta save that 50cents. uhh..hmmmm. i want a mc.flurry. cant live without dessert."

"anything else?"

"umm, oh yea, a diet coke, gatta watch my weight"

ive been in america since november, and i see many times more fat asses here than in europe. and the people i saw in europe that were fat, were just overweight. they werent hovering on the brink of a heart attack like a large majority of americans are...

** HEINZ DARLIN
you don't have to be overweight, over fat lol or obese to have a heart attack.....as I said, my dad is not fat and he ate mcdonalds for like 23 years atleast four times a week....it depends on your metabolism...just like the stupid honey bun you ate the other day

just had to post that

Meh... McDonalds gets a lot of bad publicity for obesity but it's really just a scapegoat. If there were no automobiles, and everyone had to walk everywhere, it would have a bigger effect on obesity rates than people not eating fast food - a lot bigger. The thing is that so many people just sit around all day and then look for someone else to blame when they get really fat.

It's about time people started taking personal responsibility for their own lifestyle choices.

We also have more body builders and fitness buffs than any other country in the world, by far. I hate that the damn redneck Nascar fans give us northerners a bad rap. Seriously. Obesity is NOT a big issue here in the Northwest.
