Releasing of sets for the masses??

I'm sure some of you people are in mp3 groups so i am wondering is there a method to what sets are realeased for the general public to download? An example being the Dance Valley 2001 sets everyone are looking for or other hard to find past sets that people say they got off of someones ftp or simply cannot say where they got. So basically my question is why are all sets that are recorded not made available for the general trance public if there is not something wrong with the set(poor quality)???

hmmm... so basically you're wondering where to get the latest sets easily?!???.. aite most (if not all) release groups have a channel on Efnet (irc.efnet.net).. so connect to that, then sit idle in one of the many channels: #twcmp3, #bmi, #nbd, #snd, #ute, #pow, #1real etc.. and eventually they'll have TDCC bots which share the latest releases from the group, and there ya go, quality mp3s!!!

I think he means that when you gor something rare that people wants you might want to keep it for urself..
Me myself have a "Rare" folder which i keep some Mp3s in which i dont want to share....only to some people i know which asks me for it.....
Dont ask me I only have 2 there @ the moment and i dont think 1 of them is rare......
