DNB Heads: track ID from a DJ Jerome set

Dj Jerome - The 5 (Live 1999)

its a pretty common mix you can find on pretty much any file sharing software, usually listed as "Dieselboy, DJ Jerome, DJ Dara, Grooverider, Roni Size - Live Jungle Mix 1998" or "1999" and is about 46 min's in length.

Does anyone have a tracklist for this or can ID the track that has a female voice saying "please hang up and try again" and has a dial tone. If i remember right its at either the beginning of the mix or around 7 min's into it.
