i dunno, the one where the guy jumps from one building to another looks kinda fakish to me, i wish the quality was higher cuz its hard to tell this way.

but i tell you this, if it is real, it would take some extreme physical conditioning. that is you need very powerful muscles to be able to sink the shock of impact like that - if you don't then it will be your bones that will absrob the impact by breaking. like i said, i am a little sceptical about whether this is possible.
