Accapela used in Digital Witchcraft Proton radio mix

So, there's a mix by Digital witchcraft(btw, wonderfull!), and there's a last song on it: planet funk - inside all the people(Harvey's Ibiza sleepy mix). It's a great tune itself, but there's some kind of accapella put over it. Together they sound just awesome! So i was wondering does anyone arround here know what kind of vocals are used there? Or is it the case of "just enjoy music, you'll never know the truth" ?
