someone brought up classical, so why dont we get into the 'other' music of cultured people. personal favorites of mine are:

miles davis-bithces brew
miles davis-kind of blue
kevin eubanks (from the jay leno show)
john zorn-anything masada, and lots of other stuff too
victor wooten
