What does Fergie PLay?

Its techno.....
Fergiehouse mwuahhaahahah

Posted by webmeister on Mar-16-2004 02:53:

Well he was pretty trashed when he came up with the Fergiehouse comment, so

NFI what you'd call his Sydney set, techno and tech-trance I guess...

Posted by JulesPLees on Mar-16-2004 02:54:

whatever it is...I like it...

Posted by muli on Mar-16-2004 02:57:

in a recent interview he said pretty much techno, he drops the od track that isnt techno but mainly funky tech.

HE ROCKS! downloaded a few of his sets OMG him live @loveparade, can't believe i missed him, he was going nuts

Posted by christos on Mar-16-2004 02:59:

well he teamed up (produced) with Agnelli and Nelson as Cortez for the track 'Scaramanga'. JPL you should have that track? I reckon he's got an awesome (bit of everything) style that has moved more to Techno

Posted by jc on Mar-16-2004 04:42:

id say he plays techno, mostly funky
he started banging it out really hard towards the end of his syd TT set

anyone who gets smashed, then mixes flawlessly, i have mass respect for.

I think James Holden's performance at Sweetchilli takes the cake for that!!

Any dj that can be the most fucked person ata sweetchilli (no small feat on its own) and pull out a great set to boot when up against the trashbag-likes of Spang, Sid, and myself defintitely has my respect!!

Posted by TranceForma on Mar-16-2004 07:05:

Some people just perfrom better when under the influence!

Posted by gumble on Mar-16-2004 07:13:

haha, i said mix flawlessly, something Holden cannot

he gets mass respect for his productions, his sets do rock though, due to his track selection

Posted by ausclubber on Mar-16-2004 08:36:

definately a tech sound now.

long gone are the days of hard house (thankgod)

Posted by muli on Mar-16-2004 11:38:

fergie live @Glastonbury 2003

Fuck me dead what a set!!!

Posted by alana on Mar-16-2004 14:16:

i love trance but techno is definitely where it's at for me!! i'd call fergie's tunage 'party' techno. commercial big room kick ass techno at it's finest is what he plays and it's damn good too!

i'm more of a tribal techno girl - sims, williams, broom and carola crank my tractor as does dave clarke... however i must say i was quite impressed with fergie's TT set here in perth, quite good actually!

Round 2174 would have been really interesting, due to the fact that it was TT. I think we all deserve an award for that form
