If I received vinyl from an online store and there was one warped vinyl, could I get it replaced free of charge?

You should be able to but you better make sure they have more of that record in stock before you do. If its not that warped than i wouldnt worry but if the needle jumps everytime your about to drop it in then YES.

i got a warped record once but i never returned it, just couldnt be fucked. i guess thats the risk with buying online sometimes.. you should be able to get a refund/replacement imo.

well i got a warped record from chemical, so i returned it and they said they would re-imburse me....

Well it cost me $15 Postage for 1 FRIGGEN RECORD!

The gave me like 4 pounds (which included their shipping to me, and my shipping pack!!) or something and then credit at the store, so i was still short of cash, i dont bother returning it now, waste of time and money

Well, in my experience with this kind of thing, they have always sent me another copy of the record. I have purchased shit loads from Hard to find, Chemical, etc. etc. and i've never had to send it back. They've always resent the tune to me.

errr dude, you live in melbourne... how bout you splurge out on a 25 cent phone call and make an enquiy personally. their number's on the website, under contact us. it will speed things up at least...

yeah i did waitng for reply, just seeing what happened to others.

if they tell me to return the vinyl then i'll just keep it and watch my needle ride the vinyl like a surfer.

I got a copy of Sarah McLachlan - Fallen from chemical the other day and it has scratch and makes a 'pop' everytime the needle goes over it. They said they'll reimburse me postage but if its going to leave me $10 out of pocket or whatever I shoud just order another copy, I guess though I may end up with another scratched copy if i do that.

anyone want to buy "Naranja" (Mr Sam Vision)(Dimitri Vision)
for $10. plays "ok" on Dimitri Vision side but the Sam vision side makes the needle surf.
