ok i have a numark ppd01
as i have made some money and the mixer is still new (1 month old) i was thinking of getting a djm mixer
is the djm500 any good? i want it to be a scratch mixer as well so i need to change the crossfader curve.
or i should only get djm600?
whats the cheapest that i would get it (i live in the uk)
and what are the differences between them

the only difference from the 500 and 600 is the sample/loop stuff it can do, and like two other effects which really make the the pioneer djm 600 a nice buy

i would suggest going for the 600 =)

neither are scratch mixers.

dmj500 = �475
dmj600 = �615

there are diferancey that are subtle....
the sound quality on the 600 is better than the 500(not by too much but its there)
power consumption is quite a bit less on the 600 than the 500
the EQ's on the 600 are also have a better range (closer to infinite kill)

if you have the money to use get the 600...

ill be having my djm 500 for sale whenever i get my 600 =)
