Ok, could it be any easier? I mean the guy already has a nice target spot on his forehead? Just send our Special Forces or UK SAS team and let them do what they do best. Drag his dead body behind a Humvee through the streats until there's nothing left of him. But before, leave him hanging on the rope, rotting in the middle of Kabul until decay separates his head from his body.

Seriosly tho they are/where using them "The surveillance equipment included unmanned Predator aircraft armed with thermal cameras that can spot a person by their body heat." The only problem with such things is they have a limited loiter time and a relativly narrow field of view at the magnifications required. So old fashioned "We got more people and more guns" is a better bet. Also the SAS and such would be ineffective, well not ineffective but not used correctly here because of the lack of inteligence. The SAS for example would normally just watch for atleast a few days if not weeks just to now exactly where a target was. I mean how do you run in and grap a traget if you don't know which of 30 mud huts full of armed troops he's in esspecially without the other 30 huts full finding out half way though and decemating you? As for using the SAS or such as an assaulting force thats not their role. Perhaps gathering intel would be helpful though. But the Pakistani's can probebly do that just as well really. And for the assault it's more about numbers really.

PS: To the poster who recons the Pakistani army's not upto the task how do you know?

Well, I'd rather get some info from him first...then after that, let him loose in an abandoned warehouse, and have the SEALS or SAS stationed outside the warehouse so they can play target practice with him using those x-ray guns from the movie Eraser...

So no, I don't think the title is racist. Nor do I think titles of threads are capable of being racist, because titles of threads cannot possess beliefs. The title of the thread could be indicative of the author being racist - but that would merely be conjecture - it does not follow from the evidence at hand.

Conclusion: the title of the thread is not racist, but rather politically incorrect. Personally, I think "political correctness" is bullshit and anyone who adheres to it is a tool. But I guess we're all entitled to our opinions, aren't we... or is that just as long as our opinions aren't racist?
