How could I do this...?

Ok heres the current situation. Long story short...I got scammed outta some money, not a lot but its the principle that counts, and I'd like to have a little bit of fun while seeking revenge. This was done over the phone so the only information I have is his cellphone number (1-915-433-7888) and his first name (Sergio). I've been sending him loads of txt messages hoping he'll be charged at least 2 cents per message, but it gets kinda boring. Do any of you have any other ideas that I could do using this info?

seriously do what nch suggested register that num with a bunch of spammers that drive him crazy.
