Her style has evolved lots, just listen to her "ray of light album" working with people like William Orbit....but no, she's not switching to trance just evolving. (as music should do always)

Madonna seems to always know what is happening at the moment
and adjust to it, so if trance is getting bigger
i think madonna will adjust and ride on that wave
until something new comes along

i am undecided, i will have to hear more from here. Although there has been one ok remix of a madonna song, i dont think that is enough to show she is going towards trance, but if u have more info, im would like to know

Madonna loves dance music. Early 80's she handed the DJ at Danceteria a demo. He played her song..the crowd went wild & thats how it all got started. Her songs are brilliant which is Y Sasha, Oakenfold, Deep Dish, & A&B are remixing them. I LOVE her voice! She rocks!

no, Madonna's definitely NOT a trance singer, it's just that the music that she's done lately has opened herself to being remixed more towards a trancy edge to it. The Above and Beyond remix of What it feels Like is amazing, loved it from the second i heard it. Oakey's mix is listed right before it on the U.S. release, and that version can bite my ass....anyway, she is the queen (and always will be) at evolving with the times and being open-minded to what she pumps out....she rocks ass!!!!
