Vancouver's top Trance and Progressive

Trance, Progressive House, and Techno every Friday. Weekly residents are DJ's Sean Walsh, Danny Taylor, and Doubledown. Monthly residents include Azim, Montana & Res, REV, Julian, and Patrick Lok. DJ's that have appeared at our night include Above&Beyond (UK), Victor Dinaire (NYC), Preach (MTL), and Brad Copeland (MTL). If you're looking for the best in up front trance and progressive from djs like Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, and Paul van Dyk... Ascension is the only place in Vancouver you will hear it. This night consistantly draws 350-400+ people every week, come and see why we've been rocking a packed dance floor for over a year straight.

ASCENSION FRIDAYS, EVERY FRIDAY @ CLUB VIVA

Drop down this week, Viva is a wicked weekly night happening in Richmond and the only club playing upfront trance in the city. Residents Danny Taylor and Sean Walsh doing exactly what they are becoming famous for doing... rocking hard, with style and wicked chooooons. Me (Rev) dropping in for my bi-monthly visit dropping some banging progressive house into dirty/progressive techno!

Viva's clientele is 99% Asian, so pretty much any white guys you see will be TAs

I will be a tall white kid with long bleach blonde hair. If you show up before 11:30, the club will be pretty empty so it shouldn't be too hard to find any of us.

yeah, 3rd time in like 5 or 6 weeks. w00t. always great times with kerry, sean and danny on the decks. arpy did fairly good tonight too, first time for me hearin/seein him.
