RUSH on Nova?

Where the hell did this show disappear to? I hope it's only off for one week or something... Tho this seems very strange that it just wasn't on this week... Can't remember the last time it wasn't on - even when Tom isn't around there'd be at least something on trance related...

What's the story? Cam - can you shed any light on this!

Didn't get to record last week's show so was there some bad news announced that I missed out on?!

Please tell me NO! This is part of my weekly trance fix (along with ASOT)... And I will be absolutely devastated if it has in fact been cut...

Hey mate,

yeah we are on a two week vacation hehehe

Tom is overseas at the moment on business, we considered myself presenting the show but thought best to wait...

We are in the middle of sorting out a new format and new sponsorship so the two weeks are needed to sort all this out... The show was not on tonight nor will it be on next weekend

the RUSH crew apologises for this, we promise that the show will be back bigger and better and maybe on 2 nights and not just saturday hehehe!

so bare with us... we are working things out

btw Cam, any chance u could talk to them nova website guys (or pass on the feedback) and get them to have real-time updates as to what track is actually playing at any given time? i was streaming rush the other week and the site was listing rnb tracks or some crapz0r!! WHAT THE!!

Ring up on 133969 and you will get the track name given to you.

btw why don't more people take advantage of the "listener mix" segment, the best exposure you can definetly get in Sydney.

Looking fwd to the new format... And maybe more than one night per week?!

Here I was thinking the show may be dead... How wrong was I!

One thing I don't understand is that even if there wasn't anyone to present the show why not just put on at least something trance related rather than let the Jimmy Z "poor excuse for music" to continue through the nite?

Ahhhh well... 2 weeks to wait then I guess

Because one reason is that it promotes '4 Play' and that alone is all it takes.

hehe ease up on the 4play bagging, jimmy is a top bloke. Top dj too.

i think you'll find that Live Direct is responsible for programming the 7pm-6am timeslot and that the "4plays" are a popular part of the night. Its also much easier from a programming point of view to get it done rather than to throw someone in a timeslot and telling them to play trance when theyve got no idea.

How much can you guys say about this fabled "second night" wax and psygnosis? DETAILSSSS hehehe
