Keyboard Controlling VST's In Logic Audio

Im runnin Logic Audio for PC... and I'd like to know how do i set my stuff up so that my keyboard controls the VST i have opened up?

i have all the midi cables hooked up properly and midi is working...

anyone else have a set up with keyboards that control their vst's?

i'd like to know how this is done...if somebody knows, please share that info!
