Lab 4 vs. 4 Strings and Lisa Lashes!!

You see i've got 2 free tickets, to go see

4 strings and Lisa Lashes (Twice as Nice)

OR

Lab 4, Guyver and Warp Bros (Tidy Trax Tour)

Except theyre both on the friggin same night!! the one time i score free tix to two things, they have to clash...

So, any of you going to either of these? I honestly don't know which I'll go to, I might see if I can see 4 strings and lisa lashses and maybe just ferry about to and from st pauls to heaven to see lab 4 if they don't clash... i wish i could get set times dammit!! grr!

If i were you i'd definately go to the Tidy Trax tour instead of twice as nice. Twice as nice is for all the usual saturday night Heaven crowd who think they are hardcore cos they are going to a "techno music" event.

I've heard Lab 4 are great, and Warp brothers arent too bad actually. Guyver is hard house (?) i'm pretty sure. If you're going with your girlfriend(s), by the sounds of it they like their harder stuff so theyll probably like it too. And of course you'll have a much better crowd at St Pauls rather than try hards taking pills for the first time at twice as nice.

yeah, all my friends that were going to twice as nice have piked so it looks like i'm going to lab 4. still have the 2an tickets tho so might pop over for a bit to heaven... i really would like to see lisa lashes.. then again lab 4 would be better... seeya!

well some more info,

warp brothers are not playing tidy tour,

im going to tidy tour for lab4, they always put on a good show, theres been a bit of talk about them actually being a LIVE act, but they always entertain never the less, last time they played finished their set around 220 bpm! Plus theres an anthems room, which always goes down a treat.

and its at st pauls! everyones favourite rave venue, how nice to be raving on good friday in a church, haha plus if you goto st pauls you get a free plate of food, so it counts as a restaurant and they can sell alcohol on good friday!

All the rave crew will be at tidy, not ultrasonic, they have been done to death! i mean how many LAST TOURS can they bloody have!

so to sum up:
i'll be at tidy <- thats where you want to be!

That's a brilliant idea!

Unfortunately in NSW it's illegal to sell alcohol on Good Friday full stop, so pretty much everyone has a night off

heh, update... ended up going to see lab 4 then went to 4 strings and lashes... couldn't have gone better. an allright night but nothing special, 4 strings' mixing was put bluntly, pretty shit, lab 4 rocked but not really my thing. lashes was good too... the walk between heaven and st pauls was a bit gay though! we couldn't be bothered spending four dollars on a taxi...

Good to see you had a good night. Pit bout 4 strings, but thats to be expected, all the Fresh FM gurneys wouldve loved it... Sorry i couldn't make it, work at 8 in the morning.
