Dunno Question

All the americans on this board glorify Europe as being "the" place for trance & techno music. While a majority of us are saving our pennies to make it to Europe for one of the many music festivals out there... I was wondering,
What do Europeans see in America worth their while? What is it that we have that draws you to come here? Is our club scene at all somewhat admired? Is that a reason for coming to USA?

Is this a dumb question????????????

no it's not a dumb question ...well no i don't go to US for clubbing and all because it it was it would be pretty dumb from me since im just 18 .... i would be able to go clubbin or well in the clubs where the famous djs are coming and drinking as well ....which i think really suck

US are cool because so different from europe ,how people are ,the way u guys live and so many things are different so it's always a good experience to visit a different place ....
the thing which is amazing is that in one city u have so many cultures mixed in it ....u walk in this area ur in china town u go to this another u are in the latin area ....that's really great !
then US is a good place to improve english ...and well that's also the first power in the world too ...

haha now i think weed u got , all these ice creams and sodas are cool ...bt im glad we don't have all this choice otherwise i guess i would eat everyday ....how can u resist to it actually? and the peanut better and all these other shits?

One thing i'd love to go for in the US (clubbing wise) is the WMC! unfortunately, it is during my Spring Semester at uni, so i won't be able to go for a decent few years yet

Rasta

Personally I feel that America is America...not the best parties in the world...

ive been to some INSANE parties in Puerto Rico and we're just a small island roughly the size of CT.

oh vell

I wouldn't go to the USA for the music, I'd go for everything else!! Especially the food. Man, I've never eaten so well as I did when I was in the states. International House Of Pancakes: quite possibly the best breakfasts in the world. All that syrup, mmmmm...

And of course, the fine ladies, wicked cars, huge buildings, and general full-on-ness of the people are all worth going for. I heart America!!

That's why Americans are obese! We're becoming a nation of fat people (excluding me! *fingers crossed*)

i just think that theres more reasons to visit the us or have us "be known for" than food, although i would have to say there is some point to that. when i went to europe a few years back the food was "ok" and when i went to japan the food was "terrible"

we have got a really good variety of food. for example, my bf's sister was here from brussels recently and she commented that she cant get mexican food at home. they just dont have it. and that is next to the sushi place, which is next to the thai place, and italian, and middle eastern... there is just a lot of different stuff, some of which is really good.

i mean, there has to be something good about the food if there are so many fat people, right?

LOL tru
either that or there's something about Americans being a vaccuum...sucking every morsel of food they see.

I miss my awesome mexican food place from where I used to live in the US. No mexican food here in Guelph, and even the Chinese here is pretty different from American Chinese.
