Tsykhra Laugh Out Loud

http://www.bel.ru/tsykhra-lol_cut.mp3 (3 Mb)
http://digit.bel.ru/tsykhra-lol_cut.mp3 (Mirror)

Could you post your comments about this track? Sorry for cutted version, coz i want to release it. What do you think? Have I any chances?

And... what do you think about this "pam-pam" at 1:18-1:25 and 2:14 - 2:23. Is it OK?

P.S. Sorry for cutted and twice-128-encoded version.

Cut, cut aaaargh!

Tsykhra, this stuff is so great, it's so full of all these synths, it's like they're talking with each other. I agree it's better than the older stuff, quality is better.

Damn that melody, the chords are superb! This should defenitily get signed. And by the way, did you get signed for your other work???

Great to see you continue to share some stuff.

Sounds cool!
The only thing I really didn't like is that "pam-pam" as you called it.

Posted by djHollen on Apr-01-2004 17:27:

All right! New Tsykhra!

Great track. I didnt mind the pam-pam noize. I enjoyed it all. From what I could tell of this clip, this song is a bit more structured than your earlier work that was on this site a couple months ago.
Thats not to say your earlier work wasnt good, it certainly was! But this... who am i kidding; theyre all fcukin great man!
Outstanding.

Good luck getting it signed,

Hollen

I remember being blown away by your earlier tracks. This is every bit as good. Definitely one of the most exciting artists in this section Keep up the good work!

Peace

This one is very well produced but I think there's few things you could try to improve a bit. Drums are pretty basic stuff, they are now fine but still weakest part of the song. Everything else is just so good . Oh, and I don't like very much of "pam-pam" synth. I'm not sure if it's the melody or sound but you should try some
other alternatives.

Bassline + kick mixed very well, rolls very nicely. Also I like that the song has many different elements on it, gives diversity. Melodies very effective, not too melodic (which is good IMO).

I think you have a fair chance getting it signed. Before you send demos, make sure you are fully satisfied with it yourself.

breakaholic

Thanks a lot. This is exactly I wanted to hear.
Drums... Wanna see which "monitors" I've used to make this track?

Hehehe ))) I need to re-mix it in the studio of course.

By the way all the parts and sounds in this track are Nord Lead 3

Hehe, very nice . But just proves that you don't always need those expensive monitors to make it sound right. Your mixdown and mastering is well balanced.
