Lost Lagoon - The Last Mile

Hey peoples!

Some months ago I met Mikael Baggstrom from Sweden on the forum of trance.nu we talked some to eachother and we started to work together as a new trance project called: Lost Lagoon.

We are really curious what you think about our third track so far, you can download it at:

Oh btw we deleted the intro and the outro because it's smaller to upload & download for you, and for some security reasons you know.

sounds good, but I'd EQ down the bass in the kick a bit, since it probabably will produce a strange "after-thump" on a big system (try cutting the kick somewhere around 50hz) and the melody that comes in in the breakdown somewhat resembles the Terminator theme just a thought

all in all a good production, sounds professional

Please change that clap though! It sounds incredibly amateurish, everyone's used it before. You could just edit it to hell and it would sound great too

Production sounds nice (aside from the clap ultra easy fix) nice break..piano's alright, sounds good but maybe a different instrument to add some variety- everyone's got an uplifting piano break nowadays..almost sounds a bit outdated.

Really great stuff in the making here...i'd definatley remove that clap and add something more snappy, and possibly change the break.

Thanks peoples for the reactions! broken silence yeah you are a bit right on the clap, but we will not change anything on the track anymore since it's already an old track and we have just finished a new one, but I will watch on it by making new tracks.
