Get yourself a decent sound card

Go under options, audio settings and increase the buffer size.

Increasing the buffer size increases the latency....

Make sure you have ASIO drivers installed for your Sound card...
Then select 20ms for your latency and you should be fine.

Dont increase the buffer size.
Go under options>audio in the scroll down it might say primary sound driver. Pick w/e drivers u want to use most likely ASIO. IF u have asio it will say it in the list. and depending on what drive u picked. choose asio panel or buffer length and bring it down to about 20ms for a start and see how that is. If your card can handle lower try 10.

Sorry...

The lower the buffer is the less latency you will have.
