Tonight Live: Trance Experience + Guestmix by Ryan G

Tonight i'm going to present a special Guestmix by [http://www.reasonist.org]Ryan G[/url] in my weekly show Trance Experience on PureDJ.com.

Ryan G
Ryan's interest in music began at quite an early age, around 13, when he discovered rave music.
Since then he wanted to DJ, but being too young it was impossible and so instead just bought the records and kept listening.

Eventually he got his first gig in a university nightclub in Aberdeen, where he became resident for a short while. Here he was playing house, and a new emerging sound: berlin trance, which was become more and more popular at the time.

In 1996, Ryan moved to university in Aberystwyth, Wales. After managing to gain regular DJing appearances at many clubs in the town, he got his hands on Fast Tracker 2 and Impulse Tracker and began trying to use these tools to write the same kind of music as he was playing out in the clubs.
This never really amounted to much, and the quality was too poor to be good enough to play out and so he gave it up for a while.

In 1998, Ryan discovered Rebirth. This was great as finally he was able to generate sounds that sounded quite pro.
But it was when Reason arrived that he really decided to take music creation more seriously and see what he can make.

His first demos Ryan sent out in May 2003, whilst simultaneously building relationships with many any varied producers around the world.
This was a great thing to do because when he finally signed his first release, Emoticon, to Gesture Music in Nov 2003, he had many good friends who could help provide him with remixes.

The Show is running from 08:15 - 10:15pm cet.
