Don't ever buy from this record shop because they are overpriced and they will rip you off. They sent my viynls too some address in some contry I don't even know.I asked for a refund on my credit card and they refused to give me one they charged me $66.00 for 3 records and could'nt give me a refund or send me some new ones...the messed up part is that they f***ed up not me.... so do not buy from this shop or you will regret..

yeah i have had probs with them too, especially reguarding returned emails. I order stuff over 8 records from them around 3 weeks ago and I received 1 record in the mail. I emailed them right after that and havent heard anything from them.

i made an order with them about 3 weeks ago

i ordered 3 records.
i got an email back from them that said two were on backorder

so i recieved the first record about a week after i placed my order

i got charged 10 pounds (about 18 dollars) for them to ship out the first record
record cost 6 pounds another 4 for shipping

this morning i finally recieve one of the records on backorder
i get charged another 10 pounds
record cost 6 pounds another 4 for shipping

then later this afternoon i recieve the last record of hte order i originally placed and i get charged another 10 pounds
record cost 6 pounds another 4 for shipping

so now i pay 12 pounds for them to ship out each record individually (and two of them arrive on the gawdamn same day)

absolutly absurd
i'm sure they make a profit from what they charge for postage for each order they send out.

i had to pay $54 or 30 pounds for 3 records.

I ordered from them once. No problem except it took a while for the records to get here. There weird because it takes about 4 days for your order to be processed. I think the website sends your order to another shop to get picked out so double handling is involved so mistakes would be easy to come by.

It does say on the website and in the emails you get that they will charge you for extra shipping for a record when it comes back in if the record is out of stock when you order it.

i thought they would be better too but with everyone ordering all there records from chemical mainly, there stocks go out in a day or 2 so sometimes its hard to find those tracks that you want (especially the good prog ones.)

All up, they are overpriced and slow so i wont be ordering again.

You can always dispute the charge with your credit card company and get ALL of the money back. You get it all because they can�t do partial credits. Even mentioning to the record shop that you will do this will often cause them to �make things right� because the credit card companies almost always side with the consumer so they can maintain your business.

I know this because I used to work at a bank and I have had to do it once with buy.com. Basically all you need to do is document what happened, call up your bank and explain it. They will give you your money back on the spot (2-3 days) while they investigate.

Basically the investigation is nothing more than you filing out a piece of paper they send you and sending in your documentation which somebody then reads to make sure it sounds reasonable. If it does -- end of story -- you have all your money back.

The Bank takes it back from the shop so they don't lose anything.

Don�t abuse this but if you have really been over charged, not got records, etc and the shop won�t make it right take matters in to your own hands and win every time.

I know this sounds too easy but this is how the system works, trust me.
