Some guy in Cali is paying me to make him a vocal trance set... need suggestions

a club promoter on another forum I belonged to listened to my most recent set (found in my signature, 04-04-04, ) and he liked it. He promotes for a club on sunday nights that plays top 40, hip hop, rnb, etc.

he wants vocal stuff that noobs will enjoy such as As the Rush Comes and Beautiful things

hes paying me, so I want this to have the best in vocal (not too old)

it doesnt have to be completely vocal, I figure I'll throw in some PVD Nothing but You

anyways, thanks in advance

Not to be a dick but do you really need our help with this?

no but I could use suggestions for stuff I havent thought of or remembered already

The Magik Muzik remix of Tic Toc would be appropriate.

The Paul Van Dyk remix is a bit low on vocals, however uber it may be.

If you can't get this (not sure if it was released), don't add this song at all. The aforementioned is the only good mix.

You should just give him a Gabriel And Dresden filled set.. They make some awesome vocal trancers. Duncan Sheik - On a High, Annie Lennox - Pavement Cracks, Sarah Mclachlan - Fallen, Lili Haydn - Anything.. All these songs would probably do well with a mainstream crowd.

sure good tracks but i thought he wanted trance?
as for holding on to nothing..hmm i dont think the vocals here are nearly as strong as ones he's looking for.
