Sasha & Digweed - Northern Exposure 4

Have heard rumours that after Sasha is done with his new project for Global Underground, that he and Diggers might get together for a NE4 release for early to mid 2005.

Anyone heard anything similar?

sasha said in a recent interview that the mix-cd market is pretty much fu*ked cos its been flooded by all these 'ibiza trance','millenium trance' '1999 the year of trance' cds,you know the ones...

but he said that would like to do a cd with digweed along the lines of the northern exposure but i wouldnt think that it would be so soon.

actually the rumor as it stands, after the GU tour and shit.....DELTA HEAVY 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! either late 2004 or early 2005 (delta heavy 1 was IMMENSE!!!!!!!). Me and my mates think we could talk diggers into playing heaven scent and sasha to follow it up with the xpander b2b....would tear the roof off the venue...WOOOOOOOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (probably never happen but I can dream)

dunno what it takes to make them play it....but if it happened....the roof would cave in.

I always viewed it as some prog song....all the sudden it fades out and you hear the riff from heaven scent...crowd goes mental....digweed has this smirk on his face....sasha is giddy and laughing...it fades out....dead silence...the opening minute of xpander comes in...in the background.....then sasha brings it in during the riff when it starts....crowd realizes and roars...utter chaos in the venue. By that time..i've lost my mind.

It would be the greatest thing ever tho if it did.

I dunno if I would want a NE4...it would be quite different from the other ones since those were done years ago. I think this is part of the reason they did thier mix 'Communicate' rather than NE4 a few years back. I would like another Sasha & Digweed compilation though and I'm looking foward to the next Delta Heavy.

Actually Paul Van Dyk-Words is on Digweeds Global Underground Sydney disc 1 and sasha in some of his essential mixes dropped PVD tracks.Also in some of pvds sets in the day he dropped Heaven Scent

That is the same rumor as you hear every year, same with Delta Heavy 2. Both Sasha and Digweed are busy as feck these days and for them to collab on another NE or Delta Heavy, will not only take them wanting to do it but to find the time in their schedules is not easy. I say both should happen in the next 2 years.
