i know, weird, but what do you feel is closer to you?

You say that, but don't avalanches kill more people than any other kind of natural disaster in the US? I can't be bothered to check that out.

The question wasn't Fire or Avalanches, though. If you stick your hand in a bucket of ice or into a camp fire, which would do more damage faster?
