Recluse - Yellow Moon (Lost Language)

This beautiful tune seems to be out now on Lost Language...a great fresh trance track also leaning a bit towards prog. trance...

A. Original Mix
B. Octagen Remix

9/10 for the both

yes, me too..the Probspot remix of Isle Dauphine is bitter sweet. I can't wait for Emotional Void likewise

btw...notice the correlation betwixt my Avatar and the text beneath your Nickname?

Cool

both mixes are amazing imo, good return tune along with the u+k ep for lost language in 2004

Didn't hear Yellow Moon yet, I do know that Recluse - Isle Dauphine (Intro Mix) = Great! His remix of Salt Lake - Rendez Vois is also smashin'

Not to keen about 'Emotional Void' though That's the one with the vocoder voice right?

Posted by TOR on Apr-09-2004 20:27:

yeah, Ben Lost sure knows which tracks to sign..

this one is heavenly

haha big coincidence there.. you have good taste then

Both mixes are amazing with the original being the better IMO, because of its more natural and beautiful sound and its on the verge of Progressive Trance. He really is a talented producer & I look forward to hearing more from him! 9.3/10

I may have gotten facts mixed up........but didn't hooj/lost language call it quits?

Posted by trippennuts on Apr-10-2004 15:23:

Yeah, I thought Ben Lost closed lost language..too.

Posted by searchdestroy_1 on Apr-10-2004 16:45:

Nope - Ben Lost never called it quits as far as i kno - it was just Hooj. Lost Language have now become completely independent and have even started up their own sub-label: Precinct Recordings.

Yellow Moon is OK - much prefer Isle Daulphine tho - that's currently pencilled down for a May release with Intro & Probspot Mixes both of which are AMAZING!

Emotional Void is not being released by Lost Language.

Emotional Void is gonna be on Deep Blue. Didn't know that Isle Dauphine was getting a release in May though. You're probably right anyway.

actually Octagen's remix is more progressive than the original...the latter having a harder bassline imo

hooj and lost language were 2 seperate things, hooj folded...and lost language has continued..the first release for a long time was Critical 7-Lost with an amazing recluse mix also...

Probspot EP Featuring Midnight, Bobcat and 2 others
Filo & Peri pres. Empire State-Niagra/Andronida
Jano Acta-Fludent Fiction with John Askew mix
also a future artists ep featuring tony ullman-chilliecon

I think it's really nice.
Nice melody and sounds.
Absolutely going to take another listen.
Would be nice to have it on vinyl

Wicked choon!! got the promo CD-R from city16. Love both mixes. prefer the breakdown on original but like the octagen remix best - the bassline is awesome.
