Does anyone know what track this is??

Jon The Dentist spun this at WEMF 2002 and i still dont know what it is...

the words go like this in a robotic voice:

"far away, in a remote corner of the galaxy, stretches the two empires of the machine creators. Once patterns informed they embulated the cold logic and defectants, and surplaced their minds with mechanical bodies. Now they are the kings of the two universe."

This track is awesome and for years ive been listenin to it but i wanna know what is!
