What kind of clothes do you wear?

What kind of clothes do you wear regualary and what are your fav companies.

I normally wear a collard shirt or button down shirt and khakis with Rainbow sandals everyday to school and my fav companies are: Polo, Brooks Brothers, Thomas Pink, LaCoste, and Vineyard Vines.

I try and avoid heavily branded stuff. Don't see the point in paying twice as much for the same piece of clothing with a name on it.

Just stick to faded jeans and a nice funky shirt or something.

Posted by 3xx3r7 on Apr-11-2004 23:14:

Jeans mostly. Khakis in clubs. T-shirts with graphics. Dragonfly shirts on top with tribal, dragon, flame graphics.

I hate wearing shorts. I wear them only at home.

Orange or white shirts, and quiksilver boardshorts. or khackies and blue jeans.

Posted by ojste on Apr-11-2004 23:43:

t-shirts with graphics on or a plain t shirt if its got a nice small logo somewhere with ripped/faded jeans

Idealy shorts and button-up short sleeve kinda dressy shirts that have unique designs or patterns on them. My favorite shirts are actually things that I get made by my mom and me. Sometimes I go to the fabric store and find something really cool and she knows how to make shirts out of it. A couple years ago I learned that it wasnt really fasionable to wear shorts to lotsa places but im kinda lanky so finding a good pair of pants is hard sometimes, so ill try to wear shorts if I can get away with it but usualy im in jeans or those black kinda silky velvety material that feels really good to move around in. I walk around in public like that usualy unless its some sorta formal occasion or I dont feel like drawing attention to myself, then its a hoodie and some jeans or sweatpants or something like that. My favorite places to buy clothes are Kohl's Ross, and Marshals, they are like, cheap clothing places in the US but they have good stuff and I dont feel the need to have the same quality clothes that cost more because they are from a big designer. I do go to the mall looking for my stylish shirts and every once in a while I find them, but my style has been replaced in most stores with shirts covered in tribal's and japanese writing, which really pisses me off. Lots of places that I find my style of clothes in are full of black or gay people and I feel kinda out of place shopping sometimes but the clothes I find are worth the akwardness. I also like that spacetribe store online but their stuff is too expensive, and thinkgeek t-shrits are fun as well. Plus most of my favorite music sites have those cafepress things where u can get t-shirts with their logos on em, but I have way too many t-shirts as it is.

Id like to see more websites that sell clothes that you people shop from.

pants: always khaki cargo-type stuff. I can't stand jeans for some reason.

shirts: rarely name brand stuff. Here is a sample of my collection:

Armin Angel sleveless shirt (Dust.Wav angel)
"No Loafing" t-shirt
2x esdjco shirts
Ghostbusters sleeveless shirt
Sonorous shirt
Tranceaddict Toronto shirt

i dress more like abercrombie style...love abercrombie, hollister...but i also looooove the style of clothes they have at urban outfitters...thats more like hippie hehe...

Posted by NeoPhono on Apr-12-2004 00:13:

Plain colored t-shirts (no logos)

"Worn" looking jeans (nice though)

The best shoes I can afford.

I'm not a big stickler on the shirt/pants, but I have to have nice shoes. I'm a big believer in the addage that "appearance starts at your feet." A nice pair of shoes with cheap looking shirt/pants makes it look like you're dressing that way on purpose. A nice shirt/pants with crappy shoes, and you look...crappy.

depends on the season and how im feeling

The only time i went to abercrombie was when i was given a gift ertificate for 25 there and i gave it to my sister, so i went in with her.

They had a pair of pants turned shorts that barely coverd the ass BARELY, for 50 dollars USD!!!!!! never been back since.

Severely overpriced bad quality clothing.

Guess and Buffalo jeans for me. As far as shirts go, I wear shit like the free shirt out of the Pilsner box, plain tees, and my brother works at a high end clothing store, so I borrow his shit too.

I've got kind of a weird style... For pants, I guess jeans, nothing really fancy, and usually a good fitting shirt (usually a T Shirt or plain buttoned one)... not really huge but not terribly tight (except in the summer around the pool or something). Tho I also like to rock cargo sweats a lot, since just nothing beats the comfort. In the summer its all about the basketball shorts... not huge, but good and loose.

Oh yeah, and whenever the weather allows it I'm rocking my badass brown leather jacket.

i wear mostly whatever i can find in Thrift Stores.its cheap and unique.

i was back home for the weekend and i found my old soccer jerseys and other cool t-shirts that i used to wear

My dad has a bunch of members Only jackets from the 80s so i took some of those as well.

I bought a pair of Sauconys off eBay for 10 bucks and they're still doing fine (even after 2 years of going and doing eveything in them)

basically i dont spend all the much on clothes and i'm not a slave to the status quo (A&F, american eagle, etc..) i wear what i like and i like what i wear

While most of their prices are indeed outrageous, if you go there on a sale week, or look around, you'll find some really good shit. Despite the prices and flocks of suburban kids, there really are some damn good clothes there. I've got a few of their shirts (one of which I'm wearing right now), and all of them have been probably the toughest, most comfortable, long lasting shirts I've ever had. I've had most of them for almost 4 years now and they've all put up with heavy wear, being swam in, etc. You won't find one loose string on any of them, and besides a bit of fading, they're all practically in perfect condition. I have a pair or two of their shorts which have held up just as well.

seeing as I live near the beach, I am usually barefooted, or in a pair of thongs (see below)

in Australia we call them 'thongs'...they are uncomfortable at first but once your ass crack gets used to 'em, you're ok

other than that I am usually in shorts, a nice shirt & my Revo sunglasses

Posted by A.J. on Apr-12-2004 01:42:

Haviana thongs?????

*jumps on the bandwagon*

Absolutely everybody wears those thongs these days. They come from Brazil, and pretty much every guy/girl under the age of about 25 wears them.
