Seasons Blast

Hello ALL!

Seems like summer is closing in and thoughts of the beach are running through my mind... NOT!!! I hate summer!!! So damn hot and sunny!!! Seriously what could be worse? I feel like baked potato most of the time....grrrr... Personally, I think winter it the best season ever because its cold, it has snow and it has 3 best days in the whole year: Christmas, New Years and my B-Day. SOooo ppl what are your fav. seasons and why? And while we're at it.. whats your fav weather? Sunny? Rainy?

I love a nice, not too cold, winter nights with a clear sky and pure snow laying covering the ground... heaven

this is the best time I think. The weather is sunny everyday and it is around 85 er so everyday.

once summer hits then it gets up to like 100 n stuff..that blows ass.

in spring you can't do a lot of stuff , tho the weather is nice. You can't go swimming in the lake b/c it's too cold. You can't go snowboarding b/c its too warm. But it's great for walk on the beach and picnics, which makes no difference to me because i hate them both. But hey spring is good, as long as it stays cool.

In the spring/summer I can sit on the balcony or on a lawn chair outside and drink beer with the crew. Or smoke doobies. And watch the incredibly hot babes walk by in their incredibly hot summer outfits. And I can do it all in my boxers. Ahhhh, can't wait 'til it gets just a little bit warmer here...

78 - 85 degree weather with a blue sky. if this temperature can be achived at the beach, its perfect weather for me. I enjoy it because you can do anything while its warm/hot out. Rain, snow, tornados, hurricanes, and monsoons tend to put a damper on a day's events. Don't you hate it when you have something planned for a month or two and you wake up and look out your window to find dark clouds that look like they're going to "pop" any minute? However, summer thunderstorms are pretty nifty once in awile. Gotta love window shaking thunder.

I hate summer, it's too damn hot; in the winter you can put on more clothes when you get cold, but in the summer you can only take off so many clothes... definitely enjoy the sexy summer clothes on the females though

For all the ppl who like the summer.... How in the world can you stand the heat?? Im in ancouver so it doesnt get THAT hot here but still...when there is a hot summer day in here i want to die three times over!! The worst part is sweating.. if i come out and so hot that instantly start to sweat..oy... i dont even want to think about that...the thought is too horrible to imagine

I generally dislike cold temperates - wearing 5 layers and still being cold is just ridiculous.

I love it all year round, the snowboarding in the winter, aswell as christmas and the like, i have good times, the in the summer, its outdoor parties, and drinking on your deck with a bunch of buddies and a BBQ, so for me I don't care, I really love the diversity of weather here, where as back in England it was rainy all the time, which I like every now and then, but hey, I just make the best outta whats going on, so for me, I don't care....bring on whatever.

i like the summer and winter. When its cold i love it when everyone just wraps up. all the girls i know look cute in their earmuffs and hats of course summer is the season of nekkedness, but when you look outside to see the sun shining thru the window of your house, the grass is vibrant green and the sky is a brilliant blue, you can't help but feel happy.

autumn produces lovely evenings where it is mild, and the sky turns orange as the sun sets. the only thing i don't like is spring, especially when it rains. British spring is very very erratic. it can be really bright, but then 5 minutes later, it starts hailing heaviily, then it becomes bright again.

Too right!

Personally I love summer. I'm definitely a night person, and nothing beats a nice summer night.

What the hell's wrong with sweat? If we didn't sweat, we'd overheat and die. If you're worried about BO then get a good deodorant.

You've gotta be insane. Lets go over both sides of the coin:

Fall/Winter:

-Freezing cold =

-Sun goes down at 6pm =

These 2 factors alone make winter the worst season of the year. It does have a few benefits:

-Christmas/New Year's =

... and thats about it. Now, lets have a look on the flip side of things:

Spring/Summer:

-Warm, sunny weather suitable for just about every outdoor activity imaginable, during the day and night =

-Sun goes down at 9:30 =

-Summer Vacation =

-Girls wearing far less clothing =

-Fourth of July/similar summer holidays =

-All the plants in full bloom =

-All the big parties/festivals are held in the summer =

-Hot weather = (come on, it's not the greatest weather but it beats the hell out of cold weather any day)

-Big thunderstorms =

Despite all these (and more) obvious benefits, Summertime does have a few downsides. For instance:

-Winter comes next =

And thats about it.

Clearly, one can reach an informed, educated conclusion that Summertime beats the shit out of Wintertime
