NBA Playoffs
The Knicks made it to the playoffs, w00t
Hehehe, yes, I know, they're not gonna win, but who do you think is gonna win?
Too close to tell for me. I honestly wouldn't put money on any one specific team this year. If the Kings are healthy, I think they have the best chance. I wouldn't count the Pacers out of it, though.

. But I agree, the Pacers have the best record in the league, but I don't know if they quite have what it takes to be as good in the post-season. Its gonna be a good one either way
I voted the defending champs Spurs .
GO HEAT
I voted laker
but i know nothing in basketballl
Oyyyy, it's kinda hard to guess.....i dumbly voted the last one - wanted to see wot was gonna happen but i put my bets on LAL:
They beat Grizlies - play Spurs wid homecourt advantage - get it!
Id like to see the Kings go all the way this year ... if not the kings then the T wolves. I just hope the fukin lakers dont decide to hit form all of a sudden in the playoffs

Lakers all the way, fo' sure.
The Lakers have blown out every western division team they have played at least once. Who cares if the kings heald Shaq and Kobe to only 18 combined points. the Lakers have a better record on the road anyway.
I vote Lakers all the way.
Im a laker fan want to see the lakers win..... hate the kings....
but Pistons arnts on the list and i guess they have a good chance comming out in the east..but i dont think the east can beat any western champion this year
timberwolves because its going to happen even tho i would rather the kings win it.
All the post-season teams have played their first Round 1 game, any changes in opinions or predictions? So far no suprises really, all the better placed teams won their first game, but that is probably partially due to the fact that they have homecourt advantage.
I'm not a big b-ball fan except in High school and in college, but I think San Antonio will repeat as champs.
I reckon the Kings are gonna sneak it. They've got the depth in the squad and Webber has come back strong. Although, I wouldn't totally disregard any of the major teams.
losing Bobby Jackson for the year certanly dosn't help though.
Lakers always seem to win so I think they will probably pull it off again this year. Do i want them to win? Nope. I'd like to see Sacramento or Dallas win it.
I voted Pacers -- Reggie finally gets his championship.
You guys failed to realize that the Pacers have a great record against all of playoff teams in the west. Plus they have home court throughout the playoffs. That's gonna be big.
In the west I think Dallas or Sacto will come out. As long as its not the Lakers.

On the east I think the best team is the Pistons. They have stifling defence and with wallace as an addition, coach brown, and richard hamilton and chauncey billups they got some big offensive weapons as well. The only downside to them is they don't a big man that can go against teams like the Lakers or Spurs IMO.
I dont think Detroit has enough to win it this year, but I do think they will face the Pacers in the Eastern Conference finals. However they will be so beat up after a rough series with New Jersey that they won't have enough in the tank.
I know I'm biased cuz the Pacers are my favorite team but they have enough offence and the best one on one defender in the league (Artest) to defend anybody on Detroit or New Jersey.
The west however is a crapshoot.
The Heat could go all the way, Tonight is game 2 of the Heat vs Hornets.
With Bobby Jackson out for the year that changes everything. Kings were my favorite to win it all, but no longer will they even make the Western Conference Finals. They're still gonna kill Dallas, though.
I still like the Pacers to win with no real trouble in the East and play the Spurs or Lakers. I love the T-Wolves but Olowokandi will get eaten by Shaq and Payton/Fisher will nullify Cassell, but they may have a chance to beat the Spurs if San Antonio takes out LA.
