ATTENTION!!!
On 9/9 Dj Tiesto will be @ BBC RADIO 1 for an essential mix!
Since this set will be GREAT (and 2 hours long) I ask ANYONE who has
a fast internet connection to record it, and why not post it here at Tranceaddict.com

I wish I had a DSL or something to record it myself but... I'll have to download it again

The key thing is for someone to record is at 320kbps. It will be recorded, no question, but I want someone to pump out the HQ on this one. And, if you can record it via a satellite feed (better than FM Radio), that would top it. Hope some of you priviledged brits are hearing this...

hi, sorry to disappoint you, but even if i can record it, it wouldn't be much use to you because I can't upload, my connection is too slow.

Someone tell me the best way to record it and I'll do it. I have a decent cable connection myself, but my friends have a T1 connection so I can use theirs too.

This is great. I'll be able to hear him Sunday the 9th then SEE him live that Saturday in Austin, TX.

ok...i've got cable, so the speed is not a problem...neither is the recording bit..(i'll get total recorder, works great)...the only thing we will have to worry about of course is the internet broadcast quality...(dont have a shortwave radio receiver/recorder)..if the quality is bad, i wont be able to do anything about it....but im sure either way a good quality rip will be released, as is almost always the case...

so i'll try too, but i can't guarantee anything

I know a group who releases theese essential mixes, right after its done I'll DL it and put it up .. I have access to a highspeed connection =] .. and post a link to either the webmasters og just here in the forum =] ..

About the sat feed .. hmm .. that could be cool .. thinking about it I have a cousin who works at a radio station .. maybe he could figure something out .. going to see him day after tomorrow ..

Well actually last night I was thinking..:
It is better that someone who lives in the UK to record it directly from his radio and not throught internet... Anyway for internet broadcasting I would choose TotalRecorder. The quality IS pretty good if you have a nice speed.

If you go to the URL you displayed it says:
Times are GMT+1 and subject to change

I'm not trying to be a smartass but the UK operates on GMT time. The rest of Europe is on GMT+1.

Yes, I've noticed that too, but I have recently been to London so I know that the show starts @ 2pm UK Time...
Anyway it's better to be ready for recording from 12:55... Who knows..?
